A husband-and-wife design-build team serving Tampa Bay — Olivia leads design, Joe leads construction. We treat every renovation as a high-fidelity curation of space, light, and human ritual, not a construction project.
Two roles, one team
Olivia Renovations & Design is a design-build studio, which means the people who draw your project are the people who build it. Olivia leads design — the listening, the drawings, the material curation. Joe leads construction as a licensed general contractor — the craftsmanship, the milestones, the reveal. Because both roles sit at the same table, decisions don't get lost in translation between a designer and a builder.

Every project follows four phases — Discovery, Design, Build, and Reveal. We start with a dialogue about how you actually live, follow a documented architectural process, and resolve in a space engineered for the long term.
